Website enquiries
The introduction form prepares a draft in your own email application. It does not submit the form to a website database or store its contents in browser storage. Your email is sent only when you choose to send it. Information you send may include your name, contact details, channel or website, and your message.
How information is used
Information you email is used to respond to your enquiry and discuss a potential working relationship. The basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract, or our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries. Enquiries are not used for marketing lists without a separate appropriate basis.
Services involved
Email is handled through Google Workspace. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts; your browser makes requests to Google which can disclose technical information such as your IP address. Website hosting providers may process technical connection and security logs. Service providers may process information outside the European Economic Area, subject to their applicable transfer arrangements.
Cookies and analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to measure page visits, referral sources, approximate location, device information and contact-button interactions. Analytics is blocked until you accept; rejecting does not limit access to the website. We do not send form entries, names, email addresses or message text to Analytics. No advertising personalization or Google Signals is enabled. Google processes technical connection information to provide Analytics. Analytics cookies expire after six months; your analytics choice is stored locally for up to six months. Hosting or access services may use cookies needed to provide or secure access. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings below. Withdrawal stops further analytics collection and removes our first-party Analytics cookies; it does not automatically erase data already collected. Google may process data outside the EEA under its applicable safeguards. See Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from partner sites.
Retention and your rights
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed for the conversation and relevant legal or recordkeeping obligations. You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority at dpa.gr.
